I am a fourth-year PhD student in economics at UC Berkeley. A Bay Area native, I attended school in Cupertino, CA and received my bachelor's degree from Cal in 2003. My research interests include the impacts of economic liberalization and increased international activity in developing countries, particularly China. My non-research interests include travel, swimming, cooking, reading, nature shows, cute fuzzy animals, and grocery stores.
I will be in Taipei for the academic year 2007-2008.
